What qualifications do your electricians have?

Do you charge a fee for out of hours emergency call outs?
We do not charge a call-out fee or charge you anything for travel time, mileage, or parking. We charge at a fixed rate by the hour and from the time we arrive. Any materials required will be charged at a fixed price.
Do you need to visit in order to provide accurate quotations?
We need to be able to assess each job individually to ensure we fully understand your requirements and are able to price cost-effectively. This often involves a visit so that one of our team can professionally diagnose the problem. Some quotes, such as PAT testing and safety certificates can be given via email.
